Chapter 01 — The opening

We start with the brief, not the deck.

Most agencies arrive with a template and reshape your business to fit it. We do the opposite — we listen first, build a sharp point of view, and only then put pen to paper.

"The hardest part of a campaign is asking the right question before you start."
Chapter 02 — The craft

Every brand gets a system, not a haircut.

From identity to ad creative to CRO, everything we ship belongs to the same family. The system makes growth compounding instead of episodic — every campaign builds on the last.

Chapter 03 — The loop

And then we keep it open.

We measure, learn, and improve continuously. The loop never closes — your brand keeps growing, your audience keeps coming back, and the story you started telling never quite finishes.

"In psychology, an open loop is an unfinished story your brain can't ignore."

№ 01 — what we stand for
— OpenLoop, est. 2024
We build brands that are
unmistakable. undeniable. unforgettable. unrepeatable. unmissable.
and obsessively measured.
What we believe

The loop is your
unfair advantage.

[ ENG · 01 ]

In engineering, an open loop acts without hesitation.

It moves forward with pure intent — no waiting, no second-guessing, no closed feedback. That's the energy we bring to every campaign we ship.

[ PSY · 02 ]

In psychology, an open loop is an unfinished story.

Impossible to ignore. Your brain will not rest until it's resolved. We build the same tension into your brand — so customers can't stop thinking about you.

CONCENTRIC · 2026
A brand isn't a logo

It's a feeling you can repeat.

Anyone can design a logo. Few can design a feeling that survives the journey from billboard to button to box on a doorstep. That's the thing we obsess over — the throughline.

We build identity systems that hold their shape under every kind of pressure: a 6-second pre-roll, a 60-page pitch deck, a single emoji reaction.

— Our approach to branding
GROWTH · COMPOUNDING
Performance, but patient

We don't chase spikes.

The fastest way to ruin a brand is to optimise it for last week. We run paid media the way a serious investor runs a portfolio — with conviction, discipline, and an eye on the compounding curve.

Some weeks the ROAS climbs. Some weeks we hold. The graph that matters is the one that's still going up in a year.

— How we run growth
INTERFACE · INVISIBLE
Design that disappears

The best interface is the one you forget.

Great product design isn't art. It's hospitality. The customer arrives, finds what they wanted, and leaves slightly happier than when they came in — without ever stopping to admire the doorknob.

We build interfaces that feel obvious in hindsight. The work is in making "obvious" actually happen.

— On UI/UX

Six ways
we get to great.

01 / 06
№ 01 — Discovery
We ask uncomfortable questions.
The first conversation is rarely the easy one. We probe positioning, audience, and assumptions until something genuine surfaces.
№ 02 — Strategy
A sharp point of view.
We choose one thing your brand stands for and defend it ruthlessly. Forgettable positioning is the most expensive mistake a founder makes.
№ 03 — Identity
Visual identity, end-to-end.
Logo, type, color, motion, voice — designed as a system. Everything you ship after this slots into the same family without thinking.
№ 04 — Creative
Campaigns that land.
Ad creative, content systems, social, landing pages — built from the brand spine. No one-offs, no random acts of marketing.
№ 05 — Launch
Ship fast, learn faster.
We launch before it feels finished. The first version is data, not a verdict — we refine with what the market actually says.
№ 06 — Compound
Keep the loop open.
We measure weekly, refine monthly, and reposition quarterly. The graph that matters is the one that's still climbing in 12 months.
The method

Nine ways we
don't compromise.

№ 01
Strategy before pixels
№ 01

We refuse to design until the positioning is sharp. The deck waits — the thinking comes first.

№ 02
Small batch, on purpose
№ 02

We work with a few brands at a time, deeply. Quality scales when attention doesn't get spread thin.

№ 03
Data shapes craft
№ 03

Numbers inform the work but never write it. We use analytics like a flashlight, not a leash.

№ 04
Bold beats tasteful
№ 04

Forgettable is the only real failure. We'd rather make something that divides the room than something nobody notices.

№ 05
Ship to learn
№ 05

The first version is data. We ship faster than feels comfortable, then refine with what we actually saw, not what we guessed.

№ 06
One source of truth
№ 06

Brand, ads, product, social — one system, one voice. Disjointed brands lose. Coherent ones compound.

№ 07
Owned over rented
№ 07

Email, SEO, and community are assets you keep. We invest in them even when paid feels easier.

№ 08
Honest by default
№ 08

If a campaign isn't working we say so. If the brief is wrong we push back. Diplomacy is for weddings.

№ 09
The loop stays open
№ 09

We don't deliver and disappear. The work is a beginning — every campaign is a question we keep asking together.

Sharp by subtraction

What we
refuse to do.

№ 01

We don't chase trends.

We build for the next five years, not the next five seconds. If your competitor just did it, we're probably already past it.

№ 02

We don't design by committee.

Twelve opinions make beige work. We bring sharp recommendations, defend them in plain English, and ship things that have a point of view.

№ 03

We don't white-label.

Every campaign carries our standards, not a stranger's overnight render. The work has to be ours before it can be yours.

№ 04

We don't promise viral.

Anyone selling you "viral" is selling lottery tickets. We sell systems that compound, audiences that return, and brands that age well.

№ 05

We don't disappear after launch.

The loop stays open. Launch day is a beginning, not an exit — we're still in your Slack a year later, sharpening what's working.

№ 06

We don't work with everyone.

Two slots per quarter. We say no to most projects so we can say yes properly to a few. Scarcity is how craft survives.

A note from the studio

Every brand has a moment where its audience either leans in or scrolls past. We exist for that moment — the half-second when a logo, a line, a colour, a sound decides whether you matter.

How it works

The loop,
step by step.

01
Open the brief

Open the brief

We start by understanding your brand, audience, and what you actually need — not what sounds good in a proposal deck.

02
Build the loop

Build the loop

Strategy, creative, and execution come together into a campaign that's impossible to ignore — and harder to forget.

03
Keep it open

Keep it open

We measure, learn, and improve continuously. The loop never closes — and neither does your brand's growth.

Loose ends

Before you
reach out.

What kind of brands do you usually work with?

Mostly founder-led D2C brands, B2B SaaS in early growth, and challengers entering crowded markets — but we don't filter by industry. We filter by appetite. The clients we do our best work with are the ones who'd rather be talked about than left alone, and who treat marketing as a serious investment, not a line item.

If your team is allergic to bold work, we're probably not the right fit — and that's okay.

How do you charge — retainer or project?

Both, depending on what you actually need. Brand sprints and identity systems are fixed-scope projects, typically 4–8 weeks. Ongoing growth, performance marketing, and content systems run on a monthly retainer with clearly defined deliverables and KPIs.

We send a quote within 48 hours of our first call, and there are no surprise invoices. Ever.

How long until we see results?

Performance campaigns: typically 30–60 days to dial in, 90 days for compounding returns. Brand projects: results show up at launch, but the real return is over 12–24 months as your story takes root.

Anyone promising instant results in this industry is lying or guessing. We give you a realistic timeline upfront and update you weekly.

Do you work with founders directly?

Yes — every engagement has a founding partner from OpenLoop attached. No bait-and-switch where you meet the senior team and get handed to interns. The person you talk to on the first call is the person who'll be in your Slack at 11pm when something matters.

Can you take over from another agency?

Often, yes. We have a clean transition process — 2-week audit of existing assets, accounts, and creative; recommendation on what to keep, what to scrap, what to rebuild. Most takeovers go live within 3 weeks without a gap in spend.

We don't talk badly about the previous team. We just do better work.

What's the smallest budget you'll work with?

For brand projects, we start at around ₹3.5L for a focused sprint. For performance retainers, we generally work with brands spending ₹2L+ per month on paid media — below that, the math doesn't work for either of us.

If you're earlier than that, we sometimes do a 2-hour paid consultation to set you up to do it well in-house. Tell us where you are and we'll be honest about whether we're the right move.

Ready when you are

Let's open
the loop.

Tell us about your brand. We'll come back with a sharp point of view, a plan, and a campaign your audience can't stop thinking about.
